I am a qualified mental health professional with dual expertise as a physician and Clinical Psychologist, as well as a psychotherapist. Having trained in the UK, I specialise in brain and behavioural disorders, with a focus on helping individuals manage relationship challenges, anxiety, and self-doubt. I am particularly passionate about empowering sensitive professional women to overcome these obstacles and regain control of their lives.

A Couples' Session fosters open communication, emotional healing, and conflict resolution, strengthening relationships through guided mental health support and therapy.
